Build with DAMPCO.
We are a lean Texas commercial general contractor. If you want to work on restaurant, retail, and commercial projects statewide, submit your resume.
A contractor that stays close to the job.
For 17 years we have built occupied-space remodels and commercial work across Texas. We do not post a standing list of openings. Send your resume and we will reach out when there is a fit.
Senior leadership close to the work
Direct access to company leadership throughout every project. The people who price the work stay involved in the field.
Work across Texas
Headquartered in McAllen with projects statewide. Restaurant remodels, tenant improvements, renovations, and select ground-up jobs.
A lean, accountable crew
We stay small on purpose. If you take ownership of your scope, communicate early, and finish clean, you will fit here.
Submit your resume.
Tell us who you are, the work you do, and where you can travel. A senior member of the team reads every submission.
